The following charts graphically describe some of the trends revealed through the Kosovo UNV Job Satisfaction questionnaire. While Kosovo UNV work satisfaction was high (below), there were many specific complaints related to the organization itself. Training for UNVs in Kosovo was reported as severely deficient. UNV guidelines call for seven to ten days of intensive training at the beginning of assignment. Eighty-five percent of UNVs surveyed reported great or some interest in UN professional employment. While satisfied with the work experience in general, UNVs were not necessarily satisfied with the organization itself. |
